Two Gang Prism Mould Produces 1 Inch Square X 11 1/4 Inch Long Specimen (10 Inch Gauge Length)

To produce specimens 1 inch square x 11¼ inches long to ASTM C490. The mould is constructed so that the gauge length can be set within ± 0.1 inch limits.

Prism Mould 75 X 75 X 254mm

For producing specimens 75mm square x 254mm gauge length to BS 812-123. The mould is made of steel and constructed so that the gauge length can be set within ± 2.54 mm limits. The overall length of the manufactured prism with steel inserts is 292mm.

Humidity Cabinet 320 Litre Capacity Compliant to EN 196 and EN 459-2 with Digital Data Recorder

This cabinet has a stainless steel interior and it is fitted with adjustable shelves. It also has sealed chambers making it suitable for humidity’s up to 98%. This can have an outer door heater to demist the inner toughened glass viewing door. Two 12 mm access ports are provided as standard. 

Monitoring and control of both heating and cooling functions are performed with great accuracy, and achieves typical temperature stability of ±0.5°C. The LED digital display allows the temperature performance to be easily verified. A digitally set over temperature safety cut-out is fitted to all models.
